The man who built a career exposing cheating partners now stands accused of a violent jealousy-fuelled attack.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n At approximately 7:30am<\/strong>, an e-hailing driver dropped off a female passenger at a residential address in Edenvale, a town roughly 25 kilometres east of Johannesburg. That’s when, according to police, everything went wrong.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n SAPS spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe<\/strong> says Maarohanye confronted the driver and accused him of being romantically involved with his girlfriend. He then allegedly forced the driver into his vehicle and prevented him from leaving. During the confrontation, he reportedly discharged a firearm in the driver’s direction.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The driver escaped unharmed. He drove straight to the nearest police station.
